The 3-Step System
Step 1: Select Your Foundation Select two workouts from each body group (10 workouts total). These will form your custom circuit-styled program.
Step 2: Choose Your Rep Goal This defines the intensity for every exercise in your circuit.
Beginner: 10–20 reps
Moderate: 20–50 reps
Advanced: 50–80 reps
Elite: 80–120 reps
Pro Tip: Increase your rep goal to intensify your workout without adding time.
Step 3: Execute Without Interruption Begin your circuit and perform each selected movement back-to-back with no breaks. One set is designed to be enough if you hit your intensity goal. Go for two if you're bad.
